About: Invert/ED is Invertigo Dance Theatre's youth education program. We emphasize creative ownership and interdisciplinary learning through workshops, classes and residencies that are tailored to the age, goals and abilities of each group. Students develop teamwork, innovative thinking, physical awareness and language skills. All Invert/ED activities are taught by Invertigo’s teaching artists, who are professional dancers and have extensive experience working with students.
Invert/ED Mini Me Dance classes are a fun way to encourage creativity, activate the body and work on fine motor skills! Classes include an energetic warm-up, dance games and activities, as well as learning exciting new dance moves. Toddlers and parents will be able to move and groove to fun music in an safe and creative environment! Each 5 to 10 week session will culminate with a showing for friends and family.

About: Dancing Through Parkinson's classes encourage joy, community, stability, balance, increased flexibility and keeping the mind alert. Launched in 2010, this program provides dance classes taught by professional dancers, which are designed for people living with Parkinson’s disease.
Friends, family and caretakers are encouraged to join in. During standing portions of the class, there is always an equally engaging seated option. Participants are able to move at their own pace and no dance experience is required.
