Toby Karlin

Toby Karlin is a composer, multi-instrumentalist, and performer from Los Angeles, CA.  He holds a degree from Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA. Currently residing in Los Angeles, Toby continues to evolve and create, with a particular interest in collaborating in visual art, film, virtual reality, and multimedia projects. While the scope of his music remains broad, he is particularly interested and skilled in producing in the following genres: ambient/atmospheric, funk/hip hop, electronic/synthwave, percussive/high energy/big beats, live saxophone, dramatic tension and release, quirky whimsical stabs and interludes. Toby has composed for Invertigo Dance Theatre since the beginning, and he is producing, songwriting and performing for an album of original music with Myuna to be released in 2020. Myuna writes, records, and performs music, and co-creates sound baths and multi-sensory experiences.
