Camila Arana

Camila Arana is a Cuban-American dancer and choreographer based in Los Angeles, CA. She graduated with honors from New World School of the Arts/ University of Florida with a BFA in Dance Performance. Camila has worked with Los Angeles based companies Ate9 Dance Company (Danielle Agami), Clairobscur Dance Company (Laurie Sefton), and Acts of Matter (Rebecca Lemme). She’s toured with Grammy-winning artist, Kali Uchis and performed with electro-pop band, Figs Vision, and appeared in music videos for Hope Tala, Purity Ring, Pussy Riot, Sleigh Bells, K. Flay, NIKI Zefanya, and Oyls band. As well as performing, she’s worked as a choreographer and movement director, working with artists like Buzz, St. Lucia, G. Flip, and Oyls. She’s also presented her own work, showcased at the University of Southern California, Atwater Village Theater, and Highways Performance Space. Outside of dance, Camila is also Pilates certified and a certified personal trainer.
