Lindsey Tavares-Sabido (she/her/hers) is a dynamic professional with a passion for operational excellence and organizational development. With experience spanning both the tech industry and nonprofit sector, Lindsey has a proven track record of driving results across diverse spaces. 

Throughout her career, Lindsey has honed invaluable skills in cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, streamlining organizational workflows, operating at scale, and thriving in fast-paced environments. Lindsey is dedicated to driving innovation and efficiency within Invertigo while furthering its mission of community engagement and artistic excellence. 

Currently residing in Santa Cruz, CA, Lindsey brings a wealth of experience in strategic development and program management to her role. Her tenure at UCSC Institute of the Arts and Sciences (IAS) showcased her ability to successfully execute arts-based programs and exhibitions, drive audience engagement, cultivate meaningful donor relationships, and develop creative marketing and fundraising initiatives. 

With a Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz, Lindsey combines her love for the arts with a strong foundation in critical thinking and analysis. Equipped with a multifaceted skill set encompassing strategic planning, software proficiency, and effective communication, Lindsey is poised to navigate the complexities of scaling organizations. 

Outside of her professional pursuits, Lindsey is an avid advocate for social justice and community empowerment. She is committed to leveraging her unique blend of skills and expertise to further Invertigo’s mission of building community through innovative performances and engagement programs while driving organizational growth and impact.
